All users of Illuminated Cloud have the following rights with regard to Personal Data stored and used by Rose Silver Software:

To exercise these rights, email a request to Support and your request will be processed within seven (7) days. Note that if the information required for the continued usage of Illuminated Cloud is no longer available as a result of a request, the product will no longer be in a usable or accessible state.
Data Storage and Usage Overview
Rose Silver Software and its supporting Processors collect data for the following purposes:
Product sales during which standard purchaser and payment information is required. This includes the purchaser name, address, email address, and method of payment. This information is stored by FastSpring, a supporting Processor through which Illuminated Cloud is sold.
Product licensing during which a unique "fingerprint" is created for the host workstation to ensure usage compliance. This information is stored by wyDay, a supporting Processor through which purchased Illuminated Cloud licenses are allocated and managed.

Under certain circumstances, Rose Silver Software may be required to disclose your Personal Data in response to valid requests by public authorities, e.g., a court or government agency.
