2.0.6.6

• Issue 1199 - Fixed an issue that would cause expressions in Visualforce (and likely also Lightning) markup to parse incorrectly in certain situations.

• Issue 1324 - The new scratch org and OAuth connection buttons are now enabled even when not in the context of an existing project.

• Fixed an issue when moving a static resource bundle directory in an SFDX module where the associated meta.xml file would not also be moved.

• Allowed cancellation of long-running SFDX commands that couldn't previously be cancelled, in particular scratch org creation and deletion and OAuth org logout.

• Fixed an issue that could cause deployment errors to hyperlink to offline symbol table stub class files instead of project source files.

• Improvements for an issue that could result in a stale modified indicator (again) when saving while another save is in progress. It's still not 100% fixed in this build, but it should be improved. I have another change that seems to be a proper fix out for testing and hope to include it in the next build.
