• Issue 1299 - Implemented better error handling and recovery when the server throws a GACK while trying to enumerate flow versions in projects using an API version less than 44.0.

• Fixed an issue where an SFDX module could end up with an inferred connection of type MDAPI making it difficult to choose an SFDX connection without explicitly editing the .iml file.
